The Type 1 To Type 2 7kW Electric Car Charging Cables TUV Charging
Cable offers you the option of connecting to the charging station with
the type 2 plug of the charging cable. You can then use the Type 1
plug to connect the power source to your electric car or plug-in
hybrid vehicle.
With the Type 2 to Type 1 charging cable, you can charge older
plug-in hybrids or e-cars with the special Type 1 connection, for
example at public charging stations with Type 2 access or wall
boxes.
The Type 2 to Type 1 charging cable is compatible with early or
older brands of e-cars : Nissan (before 2017), Mitsubishi (e.g.
Outlander PHEV), Citroen, Honda, Kia, Opel, Chevrolet, Toyota,
Fisker, Peugeot and Renault (Fluence, Kangoo) and all other models
with a type 1 connector on the vehicle side.
